What is a good response time?

Under 200ms is excellent, under 500ms is good, under 1s is acceptable. Anything above 1s may indicate a slow server.

Why does the checker say offline?

The server may be down, blocking automated requests, or the domain may not resolve. Try the URL directly in your browser to confirm.

Why does it show GET instead of HEAD?

Some servers block HEAD requests (returning 403 or 405). We automatically fall back to GET in that case.
